Victoria Baker is part of the Stratacuity permanent placement team, specializing in searches across Research & Discovery and Technical Operations. Her expertise spans a broad range, including discovery, pharmacology/toxicity, bioanalytical, DMPK, bioinformatics, and program management, extending through process development, quality, CMC and supply chain. Victoria’s drive, passion, upbeat personality and proven ability to foster collaborative relationships make her a key asset to the Stratacuity team. She enjoys working with scientists and professionals in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries as she relates to the passion they hold for their jobs and is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally.  Victoria is inspired by her clients’ and candidates’ efforts to find cures for diseases, and her ability to nurture relationships contributes to long-term success for all involved.

When not at work, Victoria enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling and being by the water.
