Principal RA/ Scientist, Process Development (Biologics) 2032709
Location: Greater Boston, MA (Onsite)
Science/ Focus: Biologics
Job Overview: This role entails conducting process development experiments for LNP delivered biologic therapeutics and contributing to experimental design and complex problem resolution within a process development team working on clinical stage therapeutics.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex experiments for downstream process development, solving technical chromatography and purification challenges to achieve project goals.
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues, improving project outcomes and contributing to patents and methods
Primary Job Requirements:
  • BS with 5-10 years or MS with 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience in early-stage clinical drug process development
  • Experience with lipid nanoparticles is preferred 
  • Expertise in scaling up a process for tangential flow filtration (TFF) and chromatography, (AKTA is preferred)
