Job Overview:  This role needs a detail-oriented, curious, and creative individual with a background in molecular biology or biochemistry to join our clients RNA team, where they will play a pivotal role in advancing circRNA-based technologies to boost cell and gene therapies.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Manage production of routine and novel circRNA materials for projects and platform enhancement.
• Improve IVT and purification processes to increase production efficiency.
• Develop biochemical assays for circRNA characterization and maintain organized data and lab orderliness.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Science with 2-3 years of industry experience
• In vitro RNA experience preferred; FPLC or HPLC experience
• Benchling knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work collaboratively
