Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) 
Job Overview: This role is focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating life sciences contracts and coordinating with stakeholders under Senior Counsels guidance.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and review life sciences contracts including MSAs and SOWs.

• Negotiate terms with vendors and partners.
   

• Liaise with internal stakeholders during contract discussions.

• Advise on contractual terms under the direction of Senior Counsel.

Primary Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial contracts attorney in life sciences.

• Preferred experience with market access/distribution agreement negotiations.

• Skilled in drafting MSAs, SOWs, and additional agreements, with strong redlining capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to work collaboratively.
