Job Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Histology Technician to prepare and process tissue samples, perform stains, and utilize AI for image analysis, supporting research with precision and collaboration.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cryostat sectioning and advanced IHC/IF staining on various specimens, ensuring quality.
• Innovate and improve staining protocols for enhanced histological analysis.
• Maintain and troubleshoot microscopy equipment, utilizing AI-enhanced image analysis.
• Collaborate with research teams, document processes meticulously, and adhere to safety standards.

• Bachelor’s in Histotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related, with 2+ years in a histology lab.
• Experienced in frozen/FFPE sample processing and specialized staining techniques, including IHC.
• Proficient in image analysis software and familiar with AI-based image analysis.
• Skilled in data management and analysis using Excel, GraphPad Prism, or similar software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
