Job Overview: As a Senior Research Associate in the Delivery Sciences team, youll transform science into cures by characterizing and formulating LNPs to enhance their effectiveness and scalability.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and characterize LNP and nanoparticle delivery systems using techniques such as Dynamic Light Scattering, Ribogreen, and UPLC/HPLC.
  • Explore new LNP characterization tools (UV-Vis, plate based colorimetric and UPLC/HPLC based) and their utility in rational design of LNP systems particularly assays that elucidate LNP and encapsulated cargo compositions.
  • Conduct and collaborate on experiments, communicate results, and maintain lab functionality, including equipment and SOPs.
Primary Job Requirements:
  • Required: BS or MS in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, specializing in UPLC/HPLC analytics and LNP formulation.
  • Preferred: Proven track record in LNP formulation process optimization, showcasing your capability to innovate within dynamic project scopes.
  • Essential: Must be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent thinker with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, alongside robust teamwork and problem-solving skills.
