Job Overview: The Site Contracts Manager oversees the Clinical Trial Agreement process and manages CROs globally to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates efficient site budgeting and contracting for global clinical trials with CRO and study team collaboration.
- Resolves CRO contract escalations to expedite study startups and maintain timeline targets.
- Ensures contract compliance with Fair Market Value guidelines and proactively addresses compliance risks.
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of clinical contracting expertise, with knowledge of healthcare compliance.
- Skilled in MS Office, adaptable, and experienced in database management within changing work settings.
- Strong communicator with experience in virtual team collaboration, suited for fast-paced start-ups.
- Analytical and organized, excelling in independent multitasking and project prioritization.
