Job Overview: This role will involve genomic data analysis to uncover disease-epigenome links, algorithm development, and team collaboration, in a dynamic startup setting.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze genomic datasets to understand the connection between disease and epigenome.
- Apply/Develop new algorithms and data-mining techniques for integrative analysis and visualization.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to analyze data to design and implement new experiements.
- Ph.D. in relevant field with 0-3+ years in computational biology and genomics or epigenomics required.
- Strong scientific background and publication record with proven high levels of performance.
- Strong in tool development for genomics data analysis and visualization, proficient in Python or R.
- Experienced in machine learning for genomics and adaptable to rapid business changes.
