Job Overview: This role will manage HRIS data changes, support HR processes, conduct audits, and oversee benefits management and report distribution.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Expedite HRIS data changes and ensure accuracy.

  • Address HRIS issues and coordinate with MSPs as necessary.

  • Manage HRIS-related benefits, payroll, and employee transitions.

  • Administer and audit commuter benefits and related financial reporting.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • Ensures confidentiality in all HR activities.

  • Exhibits strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Communicates effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
