Job Overview: This role focuses on enhancing lab vendor partnerships, streamlining departmental collaboration, optimizing clinical SOPs, managing bio-samples, and supervising vendor services for study efficiency.
 
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and enhance partnerships with laboratory and supply vendors for optimized clinical operations.

• Drive the creation and adoption of SOPs and training for effective bio-sample and supply management.

• Develop robust management plans for bio-sample logistics and regulatory compliance.

• Manage bio-sample lifecycle and act as the key point of contact for laboratory vendors and CROs.

• Advanced degree with 8+ years in a related field.

• Expertise in regulated environments (GCP, GLP, CLIA) and bio-sample regulations.

• Solid background in drug development, clinical trial management, and sample logistics.

• Strong organizational, communication skills; proactive, team-driven problem-solving ability.
