Job Overview: In this role, you will lead clinical development operations, offering program oversight across stages, support trial managers for quality and on-time delivery of milestones, and contribute to oncology-focused goals in a fast-paced biotech environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Optimize clinical operations strategy and efficiency.
- Standardize global clinical trial SOPs.
- Ensure efficient, quality clinical trial outcomes.
- Streamline CRO/vendor management.
- Enhance cross-functional program collaboration.
- BA/BS/MS with over 15 years in clinical operations, expert in budget and timeline management.
- Specialized in immune-oncology development
- Experienced in biotech with comprehensive clinical management skills.
- Proficient in global regulatory submissions and audits.
- Deep knowledge of GCP, GLP, and GMP standards.
- Proven leadership in CRO/vendor management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in fast environments.
