Job Overview: The Senior Research Associate will spearhead preclinical projects, conduct cell-based assays for therapy mechanism studies, and evaluate drugs in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze complex immunological assays to advance scientific discovery within our groundbreaking research.
• Enhance research capabilities through the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of diverse assays.
• Ensure laboratory excellence by maintaining rigorous cell culture practices, precise documentation, and proactive laboratory management.

Primary Job Requirements:

• Seek BS/MS in biological science or immunology with 3-5 years of experience, ideally in immunology, cancer research, or nanoparticle delivery.
• Proficient in immunological assays (ELISA, flow cytometry, western blotting), with skills in flow cytometry panel design and Lumit assays.
• Experienced in immune cell isolation, especially using immuno-magnetic beads and familiar with dendritic cells, T cells, and Benchling software.
