Job Overview: In this role, you will oversee late-phase research projects as a Clinical Study Manager for our clients Global Medical Affairs Operations, managing non-interventional studies and supporting medical research initiatives, ensuring operational excellence through collaboration with leadership.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance in late-phase study operations
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to achieve study goals
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
  • Handle study documentation and compliance, readying for audits

Primary Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Life Sciences or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • Expert in late-phase study management with project management skills in biotech/pharma
  • 5+ years in clinical study management, focusing on late-phase studies;
  • 5+ project management experience a plus
