Job Overview: Seeking a Clinical Research Scientist with Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) / Autoimmune focus to manage, plan, and implement clinical trials, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and driving strategy and data interpretation for I&I programs.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Lead scientific strategy and execution for clinical studies, focusing on design, engagement, data analysis, and safety monitoring.
• Manage clinical trial phases including startup, conduct, and close-out, closely collaborating with clinical operations.
• Craft clinical trial protocols with minimal guidance, coordinating across teams to ensure quality and alignment.
• Ensure a deep understanding of protocols, educating team members, and responding to site queries.
• Serve as a key clinical science contact, addressing technical questions from teams and study collaborators.

Primary Job Requirements:

• PhD/PharmD with 8+ years or an MA/MBA/MS with 10+ years in clinical development, skilled in I&I programs and Phase I/IB.
• Well versed in drug development, study design, and analytics, adept at data analysis and trend identification.
• Superior leadership and project management skills, capable of timely, within-budget delivery with a focus on process optimization.
• Skilled communicator and influencer, adept at building relationships with key stakeholders without formal authority.
• Prepared for domestic and international travel, excels in team settings and independent task management.
