Job Overview: Drive end-to-end electrical engineering for Organ-on-a-Chip systems, managing design, development, coding, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration, with an emphasis on innovation, quality control, and efficient project delivery.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

·      Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to production while ensuring timely, quality delivery within budget.

·      Design, develop, and test electrical stimulation infrastructure for Organ-on-a-Chip tissue experiments.

·      Code comprehensive software solutions for stimulation control and data analysis in biological research.

·      Perform circuit design, simulation, and manage prototyping to manufacturing transitions.

·      Troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and provide corrective technical solutions.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering practices with project goals.

Primary Job Requirements:

·      Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering with 6-10 years in biomedical, medical devices, biotech, or pharma; automation experience a plus.

·      Proficient in Python, SQL, C/C++, Java; CAD, PSPICE, MATLAB experience needed; coding skills tested during interview.

·      Skilled in managing hardware, database libraries, and version control systems.

·      Experience with embedded systems (microcontrollers, FPGA); Arduino knowledge a plus.

·      Proficient in rapid prototyping, electronic tools, breadboard and PCB development, with 3D printing knowledge beneficial.

·      Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

·      Must be cooperative, innovative, and capable of challenging norms with unique solutions.
