Project Manager 2062337

Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)

Job Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing portfolio of beauty and wellness brands whose mission is to elevate the category through high-impact storytelling, category-defining product development, and omnichannel growth strategies. They operate at the intersection of creativity and capital, and are building something truly different — a new kind of brand platform for the modern age.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from the private investment world — whether private equity, investment banking, or venture capital — who wants to get closer to operations and make a tangible impact in a dynamic, founder-led environment. You’ll work directly with founders, operators, and investors to bring bold ideas to life — managing new brand launches, driving key initiatives across our portfolio, and ensuring operational excellence at every step.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead strategic initiatives across our portfolio of beauty and wellness brands

• Serve as the central project owner — defining timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, managing external partners, and tracking deliverables from inception to execution.

• Develop and maintain project dashboards, OKRs, and reporting to ensure progress and accountability.

• Identify risks, solve problems, and keep initiatives on track — proactively adjusting plans in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a similar high-performance environment.

• A passion for the biotech, beauty and wellness space

• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.

• A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves — you’re just as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are on a call with a creative agency.

Why Join:

• Work with a high-caliber team of brand builders, investors, and creatives.

• Be at the ground floor of the next wave of beauty and wellness innovation.

• Enjoy a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture with room to grow.

• Competitive compensation, benefits, and equity upside.
