Job Overview: This role will leverage your expertise in rare disease commercialization and a "start-up" mindset to drive the market presence of transformative treatments, embodying a patient and science-focused approach.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Lead awareness initiatives for hereditary blood disorders, emphasizing the importance of early and accurate diagnosis.
• Initiate campaigns to highlight key blood disorders, targeting healthcare influencers and providers in anticipation of new treatments.
• Align strategies and communication with Zone Directors for cohesive regional efforts.
• Streamline healthcare processes for better professional engagement and patient management discussions.
• Develop key healthcare relationships, enhancing understanding of the blood disorder market for new opportunities.

Primary Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in a scientific field
• Seeking professionals with proven success in rare disease sales, with a preference for hematology
• Candidates should have experience launching first-in-class therapies and building disease awareness.
• Looking for individuals with robust business acumen and deep clinical knowledge in diagnostics and genetics.
• Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, capable of navigating ambiguity, and driving impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
