Job Overview: Seeking a Contract System Administrator to spearhead the implementation and ongoing management of our clients HCP Engagement System, emphasizing expertise in system implementation, project management, and system administration, while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

·        Lead the HCP Engagement System project, ensuring timely and quality execution.

·        Develop and implement user training programs for the new system.

·        Manage system maintenance and improvements as the primary administrator.

·        Provide user support and training, leveraging feedback to enhance the system.

Primary Job Requirements:

·        Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        Expert in system implementation with keen understanding of HCP compliance.

·        Analytical with a knack for problem-solving and detail orientation.

·        Background in pharma/biotech and familiar with HCP systems; PMP a plus.

·        Skilled in system administration and data management.

·        Strong communicator, able to bridge cross-functional teams effectively.
