As the leader of Stratacuity’s Technical Operations/CMC/Quality Team for Permanent Placement, he specializes in identifying top talent for leadership and technical roles across Process Development, Analytical Development, Formulation Development, QA, QC, Validation, Supply Chain, and MS&T.

With a deep understanding of the current challenges in the competitive drug development landscape, Jeff’s background as a former bench scientist enables him to effectively address clients’ needs. He is a passionate advocate for rare diseases and actively participates in MassBio and various biotech networking groups on both local and national levels.

Jeff enjoys life on the seacoast with his wife and three sons. He’s a lifelong competitive sailor, an avid skier, and enjoys exploring and fishing along the New England coast.
